RE:DEFINE is a unique exhibition and auction of original works by a selection of the world's foremost artists, photographers and sculptors.

Marking 30 years since the discovery of AIDS, this dynamic exhibition will bring together 30 iconic and specially commissioned artworks by established and emerging talent including Damien Hirst, Tracey Emin, Gérard Rancinan, Katrin Fridriks and Shepard Fairey.

The exhibition will culminate in an exclusive reception and auction of all the featured works. 100% of the proceeds will contribute to the MTV Staying Alive Foundation for its continuing work to empower young people and their grassroots efforts to prevent HIV in local communities around the world.

EVENT RAISES OVER $750,000 IN AID OF THE MTV STAYING ALIVE FOUNDATION

New York / London - September 28, 2011 - The MTV Staying Alive Foundation today announced that the inaugural MTV RE:DEFINE art exhibition and auction, held in front of a sold-out VIP audience on Saturday, September 24 at the Goss-Michael Foundation in Dallas, has raised more than $770,000 for the charity.
